Anyone into RYO?

Marriage...

They can license a privilege but not a RIGHT. The constitution will prevent it.

They are persistent!!!!

Anyone heard the final outcome of that Supreme Court decision on 2nd Amendment gun rights? It was getting lots of early coverage - and then things got real silent...

They seem to try to make the Constitution a "living" Constitution. Sorry, it's over 200 yrs. old---written in stone---put on paper. We, as the people, have the right to keep and bear arms. The liberal tree huggers need to let it go, of course that would mean they would have to let go of their "POWER".

The incoming administration will definitely have a socialist bent to it. Just look at Obamas' choice to be the climate czarina. An avoid socialist! They will not be happy until a socialist/communist government succeeds somewhere in the world. To them the constitution is a living document and can be changed to meet their definition of the perfect world.

Failing to report a loss or theft of a weapon within 72 hours and failing to notify the AG of an address change are certainly onerous. But only a pencil-dick moron, Rep. Bobby Rush could conjure such a stupid law. Why not make any crime committed with a firearm a capital offense garnering a death penalty? Oh, I forgot. . a law like that would not infringe upon a constitutional right and burden law abiding citizens. Bobby Rush was/is a Black Panther/community activist in Chicago and now a U. S. Congressman.

There was a very narrow win for Heller in the Heller V/S DC case and the Justices were split 5 to 4 on the decision. The decision was an out and out win for people that view the right as an individual one but the win was pretty narrow in its scope.

Washington volleyed after the loss by implementing new hoops to jump through and the specifics in their post Heller loss laws still blatantly infringe on the rights of the citizens.

Below is a link to the malarkey they tried to implement following their embarrassing loss last year.

Thanks for the update and pointer - sure doubt there would be a win after Obama and crowd are all seated... #@$%!

We are so screwed, I fear. The libs will say they are not violating the 2nd. You can still have a gun, but only the ones they say and after you have jumped through their hoops. Oh, and ammo? The 2nd doesn't say anything about ammo. We won't be able to afford ammo.

For those "conservatives" who think their lever action, pump action, etc. , is safe, you really, really should pay attention. #@$%!

Anytime fellas just remember the importance of supporting the grass roots movements, banding together in voting blocks and writing, emailing and calling your politicians to make them aware that their positions on items are being watched closely.

I talked to manufactures at the 09 shot show and they stopped tooling and development of new firearms for the civilian market, its not looking good. The next few years are going to suck if this bill make's it through

I know this sounds like a broken (and worthless) record, but contact your elected officials at all levels. I have to contact Harry Reid.
