Anyone have 600,000kms. (or 372822k) on vp-44 and injectors? I am only a few kms from 600,000.

i have been using the same additives since truck had 60,000k. :):)Oo. Oo. Only mode to fuel system was moving carter lift pump back by tank. Trucks still runs perfect and never had a code set for anything related to fuel. Still getting 20 mpg us. Gotta love it.

I have posted this a few times when I reach another milestone. I never get too much response ,perhaps no one believes it. I use mmo about 6oz. and 4 oz of howes meaner refill generally when about 1/2 full. That is it never used anything else. I have had a spare vp-44 and injectors for the past 4 years expecting the pump or injectors to fail.
I know many people dont like mmo ,It has worked for me and I will keep on using it. Thanks for your interest.

That is a huge milestone and one to be proud of. I think Bosch would certainly be interested in your vp when your finished with it, your certainly in a minority. I see my former 2000 around every now and again, it is closing in on 400,000 miles and still on factory injectors. It is on its 3rd vp.

240,000 miles on my '01. I'm on my 3rd lift pump and 2nd vp-44 (replaced about 20,000 miles ago). Original injectors. Still get 20+ mpg on unload trips and pull like a horse. Every mechanic that has ever done work on the truck as offered to buy it from my when I'm done with it. They drive Fords and Chevys. ;-)
