Life span of LCD Televisions?

How long is a conventional LCD type projection TV supposed to last in hours of use?



I heard before somewhere in the thousands of hours??



Anyone know?

LCD screens last a long time, pretty much the same as conventional CRT sets. Plasma screens are the ones that die at a young age.
