lift a 06

isn't their anybody out there that makes a suspension lift for an 06 4x2 dodge 2500 diesel??? or do i just have to do a body lift?? i've got the sport model,and it's already got 4. 10's in it. will it handle 35 in. tires ok?? thirdly, is it a good idea at 10,000 miles to switch to synthec oil?? this is my 2nd dodge diesel, 1st. was an 93, and what a big difference this 06 is. more balls than i ever thought a diesel could have!!!!!!!!! and i've only done a k&n and a exshaust. next step is the banks intercooler and ram air. then i'll need help with what chipset to use???
