Lift kit, fuel tank and fender flares

A freind of mine just bought a 97 3/4 ton cummins. We are looking to put a 3-4 inch lift on it. What is a good one to get? We are also looking for a spare tire fuel tank. aero and transfer flow do not make them any more. Does any one know who does? We are also looking for fender flares but cant find them.



Any help would be great.

There is a place up here in Oregon that makes them. Check them out at www.nwmp.com They are fairly spendy though.
