Lift pump at Genos

I installed my replacement from Geno's without the prefilter using the stock hose. The prefilter is a PIA to get to and there is no way to tell when it's getting plugged up until it is too late.

Is your pump fuel bowl mounted or intank? If it is mounted to bowl and dies, how is the spare pump going to push fuel past it?

If it dies I am going to take it off and replace it with the same thing

That's what guages are for.
