Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) lift pump limits???

how much power will a stock piston lift pump support on a 2nd gen 12valve? I dont care for a electric pump on my conversoion. I am building the engine now and plan on at least 500 hp.

I used a stock lift pump and 3/8" feed lines (except the one going to the pump which was 5/16--I went to a hose there) for 800 hp dyno runs. More volume might help cool the fueling module more if you are going way up there in hp.

Brian you should be fine! I run around at 600 on #2 and can hold in the high teens in fuel pressure on the stock system.



Do I have an aux system..... you bet!
