Thanks for all the info fellas. I am gonna call the dealer today and see if I can bring it in tomorrow so they can verify my numbers. If they give me a bunch of crap I will probably just do it myself. Although being a student at the moment $140 is a little steep on the wallet. I know I need to fix it soon so I am not sitting on the side of the road waiting on a tow truck.

Called the dealer and told them what was going on and they said they had a pump in stock and to just bring it in on Friday and they would take care of it. I just hope it gets me home on Thursday night. I must be one of the lucky ones, the dealers I have dealt with have truly been five stars.

chip , i see your mods , DD3's and a UFM . where is your pump mounted and what have you done with the banjo restrictions ?

your numbers are normal if you have modified bolts and a stock pump mounted on the engine . mine was the same till i swapped in the carter HP in the stock location , then it went up to 6 psi at WOT , i also ditched all banjo fittings .

the carter pump is in my opinion to frail for this application , run it out of fuel and its a goner within minutes .

my next pump won't be a carter , though its so cheap from summit i could just buy 2 for what the pusher pump kit costs ... .

Mopar Muscle,

I am already ahead of you on that one. I've taken my truck in a few times before and I always remove the EZ and the velcro strips, just to be safe. Last time I brought my truck to the dealer the tech saw my guages and asked me what kind of boost numbers I was making. I told him it usually maxes at 17psi. Don't know if he was curious or trying to play DC Inspector. Do I need to put the stock airbox back on also, I just installed the BHAF, didn't know if they would have problem with this also.
