I just put a airdog system on my truck and everything is comeing on the way it is supposed to, but I'm not getting any fuel to the injector pump. I hooked it up the way the instructions said, but no fuel. Now the reason I put the airdog on my truck was because the old one went bad, I think. It had the symtoms of a bad lift pump. When I started to install the airdog I noticed the old lift pump was not behind the factory fuel filter, it must have been replaced with the in tank fuel pump before I got the truck. My question is, Will the airdog be able to pull fuel though the in tank fuel pump if it is bad?

No, the in tank system should be remove and the suction Tube Install,Some one may have away around it,But you still will need to drop the tank.

not too bad, get 2 floor jacks if you can to help balance it. try to get the fuel out of the tank if possible. I usually siphon the fuel out into some clean diesel cans, then put it back in after the install

Can I make a draw straw like the vulcan draw straw II that will go in my fuel tank? It doesn't look like there is any special parts involved. I just want to get my truck back on the road.

Thanks
