Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Lift pump replacement

So I've become a victim of the failed lift pump. Looking int replacement and possibly relocation. If I relocate I was considering a PE 4200 on the frame rail by the tank. I plan on BOMBing in the future, not immediate but within a year. I'm thinking a set of DD3 injectors, a Blue Chip APB and a DTT transmission to replace my stock slushbox.



My question is, is anyone else running the PE? Will it handle the mods I want or will I have to step up to something higher flowing? If a higher flow will be needed, is there something you would recommend?



I'm basically looking to do this right the first time out and not spend money I don't have to if it can be avoided.

If you do a search on "pe4200" you will get 61 threads discussing the PE pumps - https://www.turbodieselregister.com...d=434002&sortby=lastpost&sortorder=descending . Last I knew they had put the pump on hold while they worked out some reliability issues. I think Rod from Wildcat accessories was the one who reported that.
