I've seen the topic dicussed, not 100% that none have tried. The only problem that I see is that you have to drop the tank to replace the pump if it fails. Seeing that I'm on my 4th pump in 15,000 miles, I'll pass on a in tank pump at this time. It's a big enough PIA trying to find the time to replace one on the frame. If you have a pump in mind and are willing to R+D same, I say go for it. There has to be a end all solution somewhere out there.

Hey Bigsaint,

What do ya' mean, drop the tank, I don't have to drop mine to access it. Click my pics to see why. :-laf :-laf

See ya, Rob

Rob, I've seen your pics. and can tell ya, I am jealous  . Look out, another MIL joke... . that would be a GREAT way for me to drop her off at HER house, after she took a relaxing ride in the rear with the gear ;)
