Thinking about lifting my 97. Anybody out there with the Dick Cepek 6", Skyjacker 4. 5", Tuff country 5" or the new Superlift 5". Would like some opinons before shelling out the cash. Also considering leaving the suspension stock and going to 33x12. 5 on new wheels. Any problems with clearance? Any help would be great.

I've been running 33x12. 50 super swampers on 10" wheels since my truck was stock ,but I did go ahead and add a leveling kit to help out!

Skyjacker here

I'm running the Skyjacker 4. 5" lift with 37" BFG KM mudders. Clearance is fine, but I don't go wheelin' much in this truck. I was told that the Dick Cepek is not available anymore. Skyjacker is also teaming up with SkyKing coil-overs to get a couple more inches of lift... They specifically mention the Dodge, but I don't know the specific applications or price or availability (I'm afraid I might consider upgrading! ). I have a few pics in the Readers Rigs section, but you can email me if you want more info or better pictures. Lots of attention in public!:D

Keep us posted on what you decide.

the 33"ers will rub without the leveling kit

you may be able to run 37's with the Skyjacker 4. 5" lift and 35"ers are no prob--

the new Skyjacker 7" lift allows you to run 40" tires, but I heard it's expensive-l

$2700 is what I think I heard... . chris
