I am looking for advice and recommendations on lifting my 04 3500. I am looking for a small lift or even just a leveling kit. Has anyone installed anything or heard of good/bad experiences.
I just had a leveling kit installed this week. 2" kit to level the truck out. Looks great now. Bought the kit off E-bay for $99. 00 + $17 for shipping. Paid $175 to have it installed cause I was too lazy to do it myself. Check my gallery for pictures.
Right, I understand that, as I have been an avid 4 wheeler for abotu 6 years now, and have tinkered with my jeeps suspension, but generally, taller springs, mean a stiffer spring rate, even if it is small, wouldnt it still have some adverse affect on ride quality?
Me too, this will raise the front 2. 5 - 3 inches and the back about an inch if you use their mini-pack so the truck will be slightly more level and have a better ride.
I don't know I'm no mechanic so I would have it done, I was quoted $400 to install the front and rear which includes billstein nitro reserve tank shocks. The kit is $2000. T-REX is located in San Diego. I got my info from Kent (the owner). Re-alignment is required.
