Does anyone have a 5" or higher lift running on there truck yet? I know alot of people have 4" lift but id like something a little "higher" Im going to run true 35" aggresive tires. I was thinking either a 5" or 6" kit... I will not run blocks on the rear, i will probably have to custom order but i dont care. . Wheel hop sucks. . Anyone have any recomendations / pics?

Also whats with this body lift on the market for our trucks... I thought body lifts dont work on diesels...

THX

Nick:)

I'll be able to go 5 or 6 in a month or so when I get time to throw on my sj lift w/ kelderman bags.

As for the body lift, PA is specifically making one for the diesel, and you can make the 2nd gens fit a body lift w/ some modding to the intercooler lines.

Personally I don't like body lift's a whole lot.

CIverson,

Do you have any lift on your truck and what size tires are those in your pic? Looks like those are Mud terrains also, right? Thanks

JUST INSTALLED THE 6"SUPERLIFT,I USED THE 4"BLOCKS THAT CAME WITH THE KIT AND NOT EVEN A BIT OF WHEEL HOP. I AM STILL RUNNING MY 305 MTRS THOUGH WHILE I WAIT PATIENTLY FOR MY 37"MTRS. I AM GOING TO POST SOME PICS ONCE I FIGURE OUT HOW.

I'm thinking of going the 6" superlift route. How does that affect your towing capacity? Any shakes/wobbles? I am thinking the 6" superlift with 17" rockcrawlers *black* and PRO-COMP Xterrains for around town and an E load tire for towing. Thanks.

On my first drive after getting the lift I noticed a howl in the mid section of the truck. I took it back to the installer and found that the caster had to be adjusted to match the change in the front drive shaft angle. After the adjustment there was no more howl and the truck drives excellent. As for towwing I am not sure how it will affect it.

Not sure what pic your referring to, but if you click on "truck specs" in my first post, you can see a list of everything I've done to the truck. It's lifted a couple inches and they are 35" MT's
