Personally, I like my KORE system with 315's. If you are looking for PERFORMANCE it is the way to go. About 3" in the front and 1" in the rear is what I got plus a little more with the tires. It sits just right, I like it and the handling is fantastic. But it is a little pricey. If you want to go higher than that you will have to go with another system. Check my gallery for a photo, at the bottom.

Just my thoughts, I have not ridden in a 4" + lifted 3rd gen though.

I got my Pro-Comp 4" lift from 4-wheel parts. I can't say I'm completely happy with it but it's not bad. You can see pics of my truck in Reader's Rigs. I love the way it sits but I do have some minor issues like when I go 4-wheeling my sway bar end-links always get bent up. I love the Pro-Comp MX-6 shocks though. They're a huge improvement over the stockers.

I'm interested in a body lift for the cab and front bumper of my 05 1ton dump. I would do a suspension lift, but the dump body is so high already that getting things out of it (manually) would be a serious pain. Just need a little something for the front half...
