Can you change out the bulbs in my headlights or is it one unit? I ask because I would really like to put in zenon bulbs. I think they look good and really help with visibility.

I'm kind of the King Of Lights at my school, I have more running lights than anyone else... so now I want the best headlights. Next up: offroad lights and fog lamps.

Headlights are one complete unit. You cannot replace only the bulb. :( There are, however, a few different flavors of replacement headlights available for our trucks. I don't know if xenon is one of them.

Keep in mind that the light switch can be problematical, so if you're going to have any significant "electrical draw" you should use relays for the heavy work. That way you won't cook the switch.

I have the H4 headlight replacements so I can run whatever light bulb that is made in H4 bulb configuration.

Right now I run 80W-80W PIAA bulbs in the H4 lenses. As Bushwakr says, you have to be prepared for increased amp draw.

As formula said, ours are sealed beam units. I was in Advance Auto the other day and saw the kind of lights you are looking for in the accessories section where the "boy racer" lights and body parts are. They had the plug in bulbs that didn't come with the housing, so I believe they were $30 each, then another $25 each for bulbs, so you are looking at $110 plus tax, and then more if you want even better bulbs. Hope this helps...

The conversion was the cheap part... LOL. .

The lenses cost me about $70 Cad and the bulbs are around $80 EACH ...
