Recently I had my driver side Low Beam quit working. Bulb was good and everything else worked
. After numerous searches on the web and thinking I needed to replace the dreaded IPM, I did one more search on the TDR for a fix to the problem. Bingo! I came accross a post from back in 2007.
The posting suggested removing the FCM from the side of the fuse box and cleaning the contacts. After cleaning the top row of blade contacts on the FCM itself, slightly bend the blades downward to get better contact when pluging it back in. Presto! after 2 weeks of frustration, all of my lights work. Total cost $0. Oo.
The TDR really is the best place for owners to pool there knowlege and save alot of money and frustration.
Thanks again to all members and Happy New Year!
