Competition Limited-Slip Clutches Worn Out

It appears the clutch plates in my stock 3. 54 limited-slip differential unit are worn out.

Need opinions on whether it's better to re-build the stock unit or replace it with an after-market unit.

Most of my driving is on-highway with an occassional run down the dragstrip ,so I'm looking for all the traction I can get.

I would go for a rebuild. There is a place in Baytown Texas, Pyle brothers, that does rebuilds. They just did my brothers 12 bolt (GM) and it ran around 200. 00. I can't find the number but try information and they should be able to help you out.
