Some time ago there was a discussion about the clutch plate order in our Dana axles.
There are several plate sets inside the clutch pack that are not used and the discussion was about the sequence and changing the order for better locking.
We changed one set in my axle around and the gripping force has greatly improved. This may be the solution, I wish we would have reversed two sets now
