Line-x or similar on a Ranchhand bumper

I bought these bumpers used and have had them for a couple of years now. I am finally noticing some cracks from rocks and what not in the paint and am curious how well one of the liners would work to protect them and stop them from rusting.

Anyone done this and have comments?

coating bumpers

I purchased a new offroad bumper (for my jeep) from Hanson Enterprises and had the whole thing coated with line-x. It turned out real well and I did not have any issues with it.

I've had two different aftermarket bumpers that I painted with DuraLiner (?spell?), one of the do-it-yourself bedliner products. The stuff gave a nice satin black finish that held up very well.

I doubt that the product would be a very good bedliner but it made a heck of a good bumper paint.
