Is anyone else having problems with the links at the top of the page not working like they used to?

none of them seem to have the drop down menu like they used to, at least on my computer.

They work for me, except first time help and Home

First time help and home don't have drop downs - they are direct links to those pages. If they aren't working for you then your PC is restricting javascript for some reason. It could be turned off in your browser or your internet security software could be restricting it.
