Finally got my liquid to air intercooler core from TURBONETICS.
I used this core with a 3" inlet and had them make the outlet 4".
Thanks to my mechanic Joe of Joker Fabrication for all your hard work on this project, he had to bust some serious @SS to get this thing finished in time for my Saturday hook. . I keep him covered up with truck projects. He designed and fabbed up the piping, mounted the core, the custom intake manifold, and installed the custom bent injector lines. (Pretty much everything involved)
Please excuse the wiring nightmare and the DIRTY motor, we were more concerned about getting it running and hooked than about looks. Finishing touches are rarely done the first time around because every project on this truck require there be a last minute rush for some stupid part we can't find or a fabrication hangup. This project was literally finished Friday night at 9PM, I hooked Saturday at around noon.
I've been sick and have been doing all I can to keep up with the phones around here.

I don't have an intake air temperature gauge hooked up yet, but I know between the custom manifold and the liquid to air core spooling is MUCH improved, street drivability is improved:-laf , and power is definitely up a couple notches!
I was able to melt about 70-80 lbs of ice in one hook, I have a stadium sized 37. 5 gallon cooler in the box of the truck behind the stack. We fill the bottom half with water and the top half with ice.
For those of you that are doubtful about the length of the hoses- don't worry, they are not unsupported. We slid them over the 3" & 4" tubing so they are longer than necessary, we didn't cut them.
