After installing my new speakers for my extended cab rab, I noticed that some of my plastic clips that hold on my door panels were missing. And then I also broke some takeing the doors off. Does anyone know where i can get some, prob. the dealer would probably be my last resort. Thanks, Nick Kingsley

Get the dealer parts, the aftermarket/body shop "christmas tree" ones have to be cut off and aren't reusable. The correct part # is: 60504014 (took a bit of digging to get from dealer) They come in a bag of 16 if they don't stock them.

I've been able to reuse the ones I bought from Pep Boys. They don't look the same as the factory ones, but who cares. The little packages say they're for GM cars, but they work just the same.

I bought a forked removal tool off the Snap-On truck (# YA331 Clip Removal Tool) to remove them without damaging them.

Body shop

Go to the body shop of your local Dodge dealer. Our body shop foreman opened a drawer and said how many do you need. FREE.

They go through a lot if them.

I paid around $4 for 12 from Napa. They weren't labeled for Chrysler but work fine, just take an old one in and compare.

I'd go illflem's route first unless you get along with your dealer like Skydiver.

The first one's I got from the local dealer that I don't like (I did at the time though) and they gave them to me.

Went to the dealer I did like and they got me the universal "christmas tree" ones that can't come back out of the hole.

Went back to the first dealer and they were going to charge me $2. 98 EACH!!! Retail is $1. 70.

panel retainers

Got mine through a body shop/ paint shop supplier. Made by a company called Au-ve-co. Their part # 19213. If I remember correctly the box of 50 was about 13. 00.

Thanks guys for all your help. Went to my Dodge dealer and they want 1. 79 a piece for those little things. I found a place on the internet that has them, 50 for 10. 87, there address is www. Elliottauto.com, Once again thanks for your help.
