Lizard Skin

Is Lizardskin any good as a sound damper. I thought about using it in conjunction with the kit from Quiet Ride on the interior. . I also was going to coat the frame and underside of the cab and bed with the POR 15 treatment and then put the Lizardskin on top of that, but don't know if the Lizardskin will adhere to the POR 15. I don't see why it wouldn't though. Any thoughts.
