Load valve train noise

I have a 2005 ram 3500 and the valve train is very loud. I have adjusted my valves to spec and it still sounds like they are clattering loader than they should. Is this normal or could it be something els?

Is it all the time or just when it's cold?

Its all the time and does it with or with out the chip. Does it hot or cold. gets louder with the rpms but engine drowns out sound in higher rpm.
