Local chanpter of TDR

I am a new member living in Southwestern Pa. I was wondering if anyone knows of a local chapter anywhere near me.

I have another question too. The last time I changed my oil filter (second change on 2001 2500 ISB) I noticed that the oil inside the filter was only about 2/3 full. Is this normal?

That's normal on the oil filter. It will syphon down some when the engine is shut off. Can't help on the local chapters. You are welcome to join us on the Southeast TDR. That would give you a reason to drive that thing.

We have been discussing a Pittsburgh area chapter, and have been trying to reignite this fire. Andy and I have been busy with the company, and have not had much time. If someone would galdly take the lead on this, Andy and I will give you our full support.

I am not too keen on trying to get a new chapter started either. But I would also be glad to help as much as I could. I am more than just alittle thrilled with the TDR. I have been a member of many many different groups and this is the first time I have been this excited about any organization.
