location of inspection plate

Hello, I am in the process of putting this 89 D250 automatic truck back together after fixing the KDP. I am now at the point of putting the damper back on, I have the 4 fasterners back on, I just need to know where the location is of this inspection place to keep the motor from turning while I try and torque the fasteners. Thanks.

It's on the engine to trans adaptor passenger side of the engine. Probly in the neighborhood of your heat exchanger. Here is the quickest picture I could find, not the best, but in the pic just to the left of cylinder #5 is a cover secured with one or two 10mm bolts, remove and then you have access to the flywheel/flexplate.
