I got an 04 4WD, am quite happy with the ride, MPG's, but had someone approach me the other day asking why I did not have lock out hubs for my front axle?? I gave em the deer in the headlights glare. I have friends that have 4WD's (Ford, Jeep) and they have lock out hubs. Does Dodge know something that the others don't? It seems that by unlocking the front hub/spindle form the axle it would remove some drag/wear from the powertrain when in the 2H mode. This may all be a mute point but curiosity has got me. I found some but they only fit up to year 1998, anyone have any answers?
