I have the classic TC lock/unlock. It happens at 1400 rpm. above that it has no problem. What is the best/easiest fix? The BD fix, the Suncoast fix or the ??? fix? thanks for a great forum

The BD noise filter fixed mine after trying every fix in the book. Haven't had the problem in months since I installed it. At nine bucks, it is worth trying!

I installed the Navone filter about 2000 km. ago and that solved the lock/unlock problem with my truck so far [knock on wood].

My 2000 2500 was doing that, and I would reset the switch/senser every 1000 to 5000 Miles.
with 400000. miles on the alternator with 1 rebuild at about 200000 miles I replaced it with a new alternator and have not had to adjust the TPS in over 25000 miles.
The alternator was still working OK but i did not want it to go out while I was on the road , so i got 2 birds with 1 stone.

My 02 does the same thing. I purchased the BD noise isolator and have a question about installation. The way I read the instructions I should connect to the orange/dk blue wire that goes to pin 23 on the c1 terminal block which is located closest to the engine on the passenger side firewall. On the c1 terminal block on my truck pin 23 is a solid black wire and the orange/dk blue wire goes to pin 31. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Ken
