locking fuel cap?

Has anyone ever heard about a locking fuel cap for a Y2K 2500?

They exist—I have one from Mopar. I'll post the number when I find my receipt.

Dont know if it'll fit the 00, but when I gave my brother my old car (87 Buick Grand National) I kept the cap off of it, and it fits my 98.

I got mine for a 98 from Kragen Auto Supply here in SoCAl.

Came in a package of 2 keyed alike--(one for my wife's Plymoputh Wagon too. ) Under $20 for the pair.

I've seen locking gas caps that use a four number combination lock. They are probably more secure than the ones with the key.

Best fuel tank lock I've seen was the one that was on my F700. It was a heavy steel cap that you locked with a padlock of your choice.
