Locking Fuel Cap

My old 92 Dodge Diesel had a combination locking fuel cap that would also hide a key or dollar bills. Old style turned about 2 turns, my 2001 diesel fuel cap only turns about 1/4 turn and its off. Does anyone have a locking fuel cap on their 2001. If so list vendor and part number, Please.

I have a 98. 5; w/locking fuel cap. I bought it from my dealer, it was has a mopar #. I would go out a look up the part #, but it is 4 degrees, dark with snow on the ground. I'm pretty sure it is the same as a 2000. 1/4 turn, it has worked fine in blazing desert heat and below 0 temps.

I had one for my last car, a 1987 Buick Grand National, and it fit my truck.
Dont have a part #, but I remember it's a stant.

I have a STANT locking Fuel filler cap. I got it at AutoZone. 20 some odd bucks. I love it, best security investment I made outside of the kill switch. #ad

the 1/4 turn cap is supposed to be what the big 3 manufactures are using on all their new vehicles,,,got mine for the 2001 at auto-zone,,,about $10.

Locking fuel caps are a good thing untill you get some water in the key hole and it gets cold (like bellow freezing) Then you can spend 20 minutes standing in the gas station parking lot yelling at your truck and trying to warm up the key. Of course this never happend to me... . but I was along for the ride.
