I was looking through the index and saw locking hubs in issue 10. I am a new member and don`t have the backorders yet. Was wondering if anyone knew how they did it. i am in the process of replacing my right side hub on my 96 ctd and would install locking hubs if available. While out checking prices at the local bearing shop the counter man said he didn`t have my hub in stock but, showed me one for a ford that used the same bearings. Bolt pattern and spline appeared to match also. Does anyone know if ford hubwill crossmatch?any help or info on article would be great.

Thanks

It was probably for a 1st gen truck since they have the manual locking hubs. Manual hubs for the 94 and newer trucks don't exist and probably never will.

It might be too much money for your taste but I'll be going that route if the stocker ever goes out. http://dodgeram.org/ki4cy/4x4/dynatrac/front_axle.htm
