Hey guys anybody have the part for the external lockouts from superwinch mine are shot and need a set of new one's, I really wish someone else made a set of lockout's.

You should consider upgrading to the internal style lockouts. I can't access it right now but there is a vendor on Pirate4X4 that sells new hubs for dana 60 fronts. If you went to the internal style lockout, then you could get 1. 5" 35 spline axel shafts and lockouts. Then that would be tough enough for almost anything you will be doing. Factory shafts are 1. 25 31 spline outers. The weak link. I think that you want to pull? The old selectros are decent units, I have a new set on my '75. But when I go wheeling, or pulling, I pull them off and run the old drive flanges. I have heard the selectros are not very strong. The main reason I have them on my old 75 is to make it part time. You can still get the selectros from a Dana vendor, but they are spendy.

I will try and get the pirate web info and link it here later.

Got any extra drive flanges?

My dads 91 goes through a set of the selectros evey couple of winters. They are owned made by MileMarker now and are not that good of quality it seems.

I think I have 4 drive flanges, and I am going to keep all four. The situations I get into I might need all four. I want to change the hubs to the internal style lockouts. You might also try a salvage yard and get the outers off a chevy 60 front. I think it might be as cheep to buy the hubs new I listed the link to above.

If you can find a machine shop that has a broach, they can make you some nice steel drive flanges.
