Thanks. This was a auto project. It took me 26 hours, and I had it running. It took another 12 hours to replace the cracked timing cover I missed... Not much fun taking the cam out because the gear is pressed on.
I was just curious on how I did compared to what it is called for by the book.
Oh well life is good again, as my cracked 53 block is now a heavy door stop in the garage. Now that the block can handle it, I can look for a used EZ Edge with the money I save by not putting a gallon of antifreeze in every week.
