Long delay for a specific thread

This thread takes 1 min. 20 sec. to load, I noticed this over a month ago. On the other hand this thread takes 4 seconds. I'm not sure if something is corrupted or not, just thought I'd let you know.

PS I don't think todays melt down has anything to do with it.

That's because of all the pictures he has in that post. That host is very slow and is causing the delay. The TDR server loads all linked pictures so it can know what the size of the image is so that it can resize them to fit on your screen without screwing up the formatting. Since it has to load all of them before it starts sending the page to you when there are a ton of pics on one page and they are from a slow host it can cause that to happen. No way around it other than for me to let all pics load at their full size which will cause TONS of problems because the entire page will be sized to the size of the picture and you'll have to scroll left and right to read all of the text on the page.
