Long ideling

Would hight egts clean of the buildup from ideling?

What build up? The unburnt fuel laying in the exhaust? Sure, eventualy. But nothing will replace the damage done to the cylinders from too low of a combustion temp (ring wash out, oil dilution, etc etc)
