I've been running the Mastercraft 35" Courser CT tire on my stock 3500 for some time. I did have rubbing at full lock which was a minor nit. However, I recently put the truck into a ditch on a bad snow covered road which impacted on the driver's side front tire and subsequently really worked the suspension hard in trying to dig myself out. I did manage to get out (these tires are pretty amazing, I thought I was calling for a tow for sure), but it also seems that drivers side tire caught just enough of my fender flare on the rear to rip a chunk off of it.

After looking at it the tire definately seems to sit further aft in the wheel well than I would like and would hit on the rear first if anywhere. I was thinking slightly longer (nothing radical) control arms would elimiate this problem. So can aynone recommend any? I see Superlift has longer arms in their 4" lift kit, anyone know how much longer they are? I don't want to use heim joints so the Skyjacker arms are out. Any other makers? Anyone else done this??

Wasn't Kore going to make some new link arms?

Scroll all the way to the bottom. They list the link arms for 2003-2005.

Part #: DTP 02008 '03-'05 1/2" Forward Arm Kit.

I'm interested in the adjustable track bar as well (Not listed yet for 03-05). If you only add lift springs, and don't do anything to the track bar, then you are going to move your axle sideways slightly.

They must have updated the site:

Part #: DTP 02005 '03-'05 Stock Link Arm Kit

Part #: DTP 02008 '03-'05 1/2" Forward Arm Kit

Thanks guys, I had forgotten all about DT Profab, I had their adjustable track bar on my lifted '96 1500. Those link arms look great!

I think these arms with the Kore leveler may do the trick.

Wow, cool! What's the difference between a stock link arm and a "forward" link arm? And can you get them in non-stock lengths to compensate for a leveling kit?

The 1/2" forward link arms are the ticket for a leveling kit.
