does anyone know were i could get some longer control arms? i have the 2" lift spacers in the front but that pulled the axle back a little. I put the lift in to clear larger tires but with the axle back it didn't help. any sugestions will be appreciated. ps i talked to folks at Jackit but they were no help.

DT, the same company that make the adjustable trackbar, also makes longer control arms. When I spoke with them a while back they said they should push the axle far enough forward to compensate for 2" spacers. You might try to give them a call. I can dig up their number if you need it. BTW I think they were around $200-$250.

thanks, cooker, i think i have there number from some other things i was check'n on. i'll give them a call

Super lift has a patented "Y" trailing arm that attaches to the two front mounts and attaches to the bottom rear mount. They have grease fittings in each joint. Last I heard you couldn't buy them seperately. I've tried to get a local shop to copy these, but they have yet to install another one. I guess the kit costs a bundle.

Why would you convert a 4 link system to a 3 link? I've seen the SuperLift set-up & was not impressed. You just took a 'modern' front suspension back 25-35 years - look at the 66-77 Bronco's. Caster & pinion angle changes as the suspension is stroked.

Dick Cepek makes(made?) a system for the 1/2 tons that used much longer arms. Don't know if they make a version for the 3/4 tons. FabTech may also make a long arm kit.
