AFAIK DPP's muffler is a 1 in 2 out, and the two come out stacked vertically. That's why it (most likely) wouldn't work with my gooseneck.

On either a single or dual system if you end up with the dreaded drone, we have found that by installing an Aeroturbine as far forward as possible, the drone is greatly reduced or eliminated.

That looks sharp. If somebody that can convince them to do a group purchase of the dual SS exhaust I'm in. It would be nice to have someone check to see if this exhaust is effected by the dreaded drone monster. :D

ORDERED TODAY !!!!!!

They were very helpful on the phone.

I asked about the removing the spare.

They said that the stock spare did not need to be removed.

That was a deal breaker for me.

The guy I talked to said that the only complaints that he knew of was the driver's side pipe was hard to mount by yourself.

It comes with a stainless steel band clamp that also could be welded.

He went on to say that some guys were clamping it and welding both.

The other complaint from one guy was that the turbo was too loud. What the H_ _ _ !!!

I love turbo whistle !

The guy that complained later called back after he found out that all aftermarket exhausts Banks, DPP etc make the turbo louder.

It was shipped today for $680. 00 including shipping.

I know that nobody sees under my truck but me, but I really like the idea that it is polished from turbo to tip.

They also sell banks and a couple others and Noah said that this system was by far the nicest they sell or have seen.

Stainless oem mounts and all with 5 inch polished slash cut tips. :--)

I noticed hardy NO difference in turbo noise with my exhaust. None of those systems include the elbow off the turbo either.
If you want to replace the elbow off the turbo, the Banks Monster exhaust is the only one I know of, that does that. Replacing or smoothing the inside of the elbow does make a noticeable difference. We have done it here in our shop and you can feel the difference just by smoothing the inside of the elbow on the turbo. The Banks down pipe eliminates the elbow and attaches directly to the turbo with 4" pipe.

Banks states that about 5% of the back pressure in the factory exhaust is in the elbow alone. They sell the elbow only on Ford maybe Dodge. I think its like $250??Could be wrong on that.

The elbow on the Ford and Dodge are different animals. Banks offers a cast elbow for the Ford and pre-3rd generation Dodge called a Power elbow. For the new Dodge the down pipe of the Monster exhaust replaces the stock cast elbow on the turbo, thus eliminating the flow issues of the stock elbow.

Interesting Dave, I sure wish I would've gotten that one to fit last month :) I have a turbo from Piers ready to put on as soon as this white junk dissipates and I can get back into my garage! I want to remove my elbow and massage it and reinstall it when I put the turbo in. . . or come talk to you about a Banks downpipe.

Come on by the shop when you are ready as we have the tools to smooth your elbow or we can get you a Banks down pipe what ever you need to do. Also you might want to get jeff to take you for a ride in his 2004 with the Aeroturbine/Silverline set up, it is sweet.
