Unless you plan on using over a 35" tall tire, the matching spare will fit fine.



I ran the BFG 315's on my previous 3rd gen ... they were 34. 5" tall and the 315 spare fit just fine. Sure there was not a lot of clearance BUT it fit and did not hit or interfere with a thing.



There is no "how to do it" so to speak... you just do it.

I have a set of 4 Rickson wheels with XDE 245 Michelins off my 02 I would sell $1500 you haul. 12K miles on set. Balanced right... real smooth. Great tire for snow etc. Powder coat silver steel wheels. -- email address removed --

No on the wheels Carni. Long gone. Finding the 17" 3500 lb rated tires working well (Toyo). The 19. 5's last twice as long... fuel use about same. Being taller I dropped some RPMs but should stay above 1600 to 1900 for good mpg. Twelve valves in 2nd gen and 03 and early 04 in 3rd gen best mileage machines for each gen. George
