What's A Dog Day?

I geuss they stopped making the flat bug deflector. I have a 92 gmc jimmy s-15. I want the old style flat bug deflector. If you have one or where I can get one let me know.

One advantage of living here....

THey still have stuff no one else in Colo wants ar sells. I'll see what I can dig up. "Welcome to Swampeast MO; set yer clock back 15 years. " DIesels around here are still slow!! :D

Flat bugblasters

have a very negative effect on fuel mileage. That's why they are not around much. Kinda like driving a billboard through a windstorm.

I've had them on two other small trucks. There is no difference in mileage. I like them because they fling the bugs up better. Also better rock protection.

I have one hanging around. It has a few slight bends in it. I think it was on an early Dodge Caravan. Look at the attached pictures and if you think you can make it work and you want it, it is yours for the cost of shipping. Let me know...

I'm gonna check out a few salvage lots this week.

If I don't find one. I'll take it.

Thanks.
