50 Ways to annoy the PC types

Well, I went and did it... ... ... ... ... ... bought the wife a brabdy new 2002 Mustang GT 2 weeks ago.

Now, I'm hoping someone out there can lead me to a good sight to get more info on it. I've done some surfing and have come up with several.

Just looking for the best one out there.

TIA

BTW, if your interested... ... . stats on car:

2002 Mustang GT 4. 6, 5 spd, Laser Tint Red (basically its candy-apple red) charcoal leather.

Quick story, on the way to pick the car up, my wife hadn't driven it yet, she looks at me and says, "What can we do to BOMB it" (man I Love my Wife). Anywho, I told her I've already looked into it... ... ... ... ... ... Chip, exhaust, TB, etc etc etc. Oo. Oo. Oo.

Two of the bigger Mustang web sites are stangnet.com and

corral.net

My wife has a 96 Cobra convertable, the first bomb you should do is gears. We have 3. 73's on hers, but if it wasnt a convertble, 410's would be better. Finally there is a gear company that makes 3. 90's, which when I done the math worked out perfectly. Remember that the cammers are down on displacement compared to 5. 0's and the cammer LOVE to rev!

Alot of kids on these web sites so take everything with a grain of salt. I have been involved in the late mustang scene since 1985, if you ever need a no bull answer, send me a pm. Ed

Batman did you know they added spell check? Oo. Oo.

Son of a ... ... ... ... ... ... ... . Yeah I did know that Fred... ... ... ... . but, in my overzealousness... ... ... ... . eagerness... ... ... ... oh hell, stupidity I didn't use it. Where's Sesame Street when you need it?

hey you mustang owners

this is a little lame, but I'm stumped. the trunk light bulb in the wife's 97 'stang fell out (stop laughing). anyway, I can't find where to put it back.

the bulb has no metal on the end just glass with the wire exposed. humor an old guy and tell me where to look. I've followed the wires and STILL can't find the bulb receptacle.

maybe its on the body not the deck lid. did you look up under the panel in front of the trunk lid? you know... where the speakers are?

I have seen those type bulbs just dont know where it goes on that car.

happy hunting and dont let the neighbor kids close you it there :D

lizzyhermit... ... ... ... if the 97 is like the 02's... ... ... ... . look in the truck lid right behind the 3rd brake light. Small round white part about the size bteween a nickle and a quarter. Just looked last night. Happy hunting.

HTH

thanks Todd and Batman, I'll look tonight when the low flying 'stang returns home.

I though of layin in the trunk but without the light it's dark in there. The neighbor kids don't come around, they're scared of the truck... . ;)
