2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission looking for a remote starter

does any one have or know where i can find a remote starting system for the ctd's?

Remote Start & Alarm

I got mine over a year ago now, Insurance company said I needed to have an alarm & anti-theft unit.

So I did a little research on the internet and found the Viper Model 160XV by Directed Electronics, that as a bonus had a remote start built in & it works great.

The main thing to look for is the compatibility to hook into the wait to start light, dont let them tell you on some other units that the "Built in" timer is ok, you need to wait for the indication from the PCM to the wait to start light.



I use mine all the time, especialy when walking out at the local mall this summer and some guy was trying to sleep while the wife was grocery shopping, to bad my exaust pipe was blowing in his front window
