Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Looking for a suction strainer.

I need to put a suction strainer between my LP and fuel tank. I would like to put a spin-on type on and not one of the inline ones. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm using the in line one that came with my FASS HPFP. FASS uses a spin on model with their regular system. You might check into that.

I have one that is a spin filter like an oil filter. I think that it is for a semi (I wanna say kennworth?), cant remember part # but I will go out and look at it and post again.

I found a # on the filter Cummins 3315844. Couldn't see the housing part # Hopefully that is some help.

I have a filter in my system between aux. tank and main tank. It came from Tractor Supply and is a Goldenrod I believe. Walmart sells a marine filter with spin on cartridge which also is a water trap but I don't know anything about it. bg

didn't even think of going to TSC and looking around to see what they have, I give that a try. Thanks.

I use a RACOR 690T. 90 GPH 10um. Clear bowl to see if there is water or trash to be drained.

napa has the spin on type only problem 1/2ntp thats where you get to play with finding parts did my wifes truck with -6an front to back and at that point it was conect the dots with braided line and AN fitings earls makes all the cuplers to go from the tank to the steel line on the frame. other thought you could use a filter from a 12v on the motor my. 02
