Looking for a tanker to haul crude oil

Want a 44' -50', 3 axle, 1-5 compartment, bottom load, vapor recovery, bottom fire vales, has to be codeable.

Age doesn't matter, would like aluminum, wheel type doesn't matter, doesn't have to be insulated, the cheaper the better, it will be used on short hauls.

Yes, looked in truckpaper and trucker.com. Looking for the ones that are sitting alone in a lot that don't get advertised in the big publications. It cost so much to advertise in those papers the older units aren't in them.
