I ordered a new truck and would like to add some aftermarket accessories. I'm thinking about running boards (or possibly tubular side steps), a tool box, and possibly adding a power amp to the stereo to drown out the diesel noise. I would like to consider Dodge accessories, but I'm not stuck on them.

Where can I actually see these products in the Denver area before I buy? Are the Dodge accessories any good?

Does anyone have any experience adding a power amp to the stereo without starting over with all new equip? I don't want to spend $2000 on a custom stereo.

Thanks - Ken Lenger

A stock diesel doesn't make enough noise to need a power booster, #ad

it and straight pipe it then you will need to think about a booster amp. #ad

Seriously there are many places to buy accessorys for your truck, some of the items from the dealer are very nice but many are available much cheaper from the aftermarket suppliers.

klenger, in my opinion, one thing I would not get is a bedliner, they move and scratch up the bed and everything just slips and slides all over the place, instead go for a good quality spray in liner.

Attend any of the Rocky Mountain TDR meetings, you'll see lots of variety in upgrades. Usually 10 to 35 different trucks. Next meeting, is Feb 24th.
