Found some in a Jeep only catalog from 4 Wheel Drive Hardware.

www.4wd.com. Didn't check the website for Ram applications yet, but it might give you a place to start.

Thanks!

Looks like 4wd.com is a Jeep only site.

Summit is 2 week delivery (after telling me he had it in stock:confused:)

Any more suggestions?

question for the learned

braided ss lines will not work on abs equipped motorcycles. will they work on abs equipped autos? i know they will work on non-abs autos. just wondering.

I had bradied stainless lines on my 96' Impala SS which has ABS and i have put them on Mustangs, Camaraos and Corvettes and other vehicles all with ABS and had no problems. You also need to make sure the lines you buy are DOT approved. They make Stainless braided brake line that is NOT DOT approved which is fine for the track, but not allowed on the street. And if you do run the non approved stuff on your street vehicle and for whatever reason your brakes fail and you injure or kill someone, your insurance will not cover and you will be held liable. This happened to someone i know.

A company called Russel makes vehicle specific stainless brake line kits and may have a kit for the Ram, or may make one up. Try a Yahoo or Google search and get there phone number.

Thanks Again!

I tried Jegs last night - also too far out. I will try Kerstners tomorrow (they are nearby). Guess I'll have to buy another truck mag. :)

Man, there must be some big rush on brake lines all of a sudden? Is it me, or does it seem like whenever you need a ceratin part, there out of it, and when you dont need it, they have 10 in stock?

Russell Performance makes a brake line kit for 95-97 Dodge Ram 1500/2500 trucks. Should work for the 3500 trucks. Kit consists of two front lines and one rear line. Part #694500 is for stock trucks, and Part #694550 is for trucks with a 4" lift. Try www.racesearch.com , they have the Russell kits listed. -Glen

Got 'Em Coming! - NOT!!!!!

Thanks Glenn. They didn't have them for the '94. They ARE different from '94 to '95 but I don't know how and I don't hve time to research it.

Kerstner's in Appleton will drop ship them to me. I should have them in 3-5 days.

EMDDIESEL, Of the 3 parts I have been looking for, nobody stocks ANY of them (GTS Headlight covers, Weathertech window defelctors & the brake lines). At least I'll get them!

Thanks again everybody!

Edit:

OK, this is starting to pi$$ me off big time!

Kerstner's calls me back and say's "Nobody makes a kit for the '94. " I ask him who he buys from, he tells me the name of ONE lift kit manufacturer!  I ask him if he sells Russell or Earl's, he says "No, try a performance shop. "

Russell and Earl's doesn't offer a kit for the '94! Something changed from '94-'95 and Edelbrock (who now owns Russell) can't tell me because Russell is moving.

   Someone needs to make one of these that bounces up and down!

SOOOOO... . After all this, did you finally find a three piece kit for your truck? Or did you replace with stock or make you own?

Please let us-me know as I need a set for my first gen truck!

Thanks, Stab

EGR Brakes

I have the brake lines from EGR. They work (and look) great. I also have the whole brake package that he sells. It's a really good kit. I'll report back as to the longevity of the pads/shoes.
