Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) looking for cheap diesel tricks

I have a 1999 and a 2004 dodge sport i have edge ez computer chips in both of them i was wondering if there was any other mods i could do to make them louder or gain more power other than putting in injectors or a bigger turbo... i took the ring out of the turbo which makes it whine more i was just wondering if there was any other easy tricks to do... .

Aftermarket air cleaner will give you alot more whistle.



My hx40 and k&N sound like a jet.

Straightpipe both of them...



There won't be any performance change, but they'll sound tons better (IMHO). Easy and cheap.



With your EZ's in place, you're getting as much power as you can out of the engines without adding injectors, turbos, or different boxes.
