looking for exhaust system 1993 w250

would like to find 4in SS turbo back. anyone no of any

Good luck... It's hard enough finding 4in system for our trucks at all. Im not sure anyone makes a SS one.

What size turbo are you running?

If it has a 3" outlet there are a couple out there to accomadate.

If it has a 4" outlet you will be on your own to fab a downpipe.

Stan's exhaust makes a 4" SS system. When I replaced mine last year I talked to them about it. They told me to use the alumn coated they sell. The life span was about the same. They also stated the down pipe which has a welded coupling from 3" to the 4" pipe would crack the welds with age.



For the price difference they said it wasn't worth the upgrade.

in about a month exactly im gonna make my own 4inch downpipe. ill put up lots of pictures of the progress.

Sounds to me like they need some welding process development. That should not happen.

The weld is supposed to be the strongest part, if its done right.
