I talked to Blumenthal's today in OK, and described my problem. Their tech indicated that is sounds like some small parts in the tail of the transmission are screwed up:mad: He called them "detents" shift rails and bushings that guide the shifter. Now I need to find a quality shop in the area that knows how to work on a NV5600. Any recommendations??? I don't mind traveling a little ways, but 6-8 hours away is a little extreme. I am going to have a little talk with the folks at BD, if I can get them to return a call. This all started with their Short Shift kit, and I am #*$&%^^^ off. More as this develops. PM me if necessary, thanks, Sarge :{

Well, I called a few shops, and was surprised how many people do not know how to work on a NV5600. I did locate a shop in Anaheim, but they are a "bench repair" shop, meaning that I have to take it out (all 360 some pounds of it) or have it taken out. This is going to be pricey... ... ... :eek:
